Introducing Our First Annual Fall Benefit!
Join us for a special night of preserving the fading traditional art of kimchi-making with Hyosun Ro of Korean Bapsang as we learn from her how to make traditional pogi kimchi at Windrose Restaurant NYC. This hands-on community building culinary experience will teach you how to make kimchi from scratch that you will take home while enjoying stories of the kimjang tradition over food and drinks.
