Kimjang 2019: Photos

We hosted our first ever Fall Benefit with a special Kimjang led by Hyosun Ro, creator of food blog Korean Bapsang. Who knew how long the process of making traditional kimchi really takes? Hyosun took us through the 2-day process with her expert, detailed instructions. With the 60 heads of cabbages our team prepared the day before, our guests transformed them all into kimchi – communal style – and experienced the true spirit of kimjang which brings people together!
