Introducing Our First Annual Fall Benefit!

Join us for a special night of preserving the fading traditional art of kimchi-making with Hyosun Ro of Korean Bapsang as we learn from her how to make traditional pogi kimchi at Windrose Restaurant NYC. This hands-on community building culinary experience will teach you how to make kimchi from scratch that you will take home while enjoying stories of the kimjang tradition over food and drinks.

Wine and light food will be provided by Windrose NYC along with drinks provided by West 32 Soju.

A Special Treat: Freshly made boiled pork to pair with fresh kimchi – a classic combo!
