ABOUT THE FOOD & DRINKS
There will be passed Hors D'oeuvres, as well as a separate cheese and Charcuterie station, prepared by the chefs of the French Culinary Institute.  There will also be 2 open bars serving champagne, red and white wine, beer and Pelligrino sparkling water.

ABOUT THE LIVE & SILENT AUCTIONS:
We will have a limited number of great items for the Live Auction and Silent Auction, including personal dinners with Marja and Will, so please bring your checkbooks.  Credit cards will also be accepted, but paying by check will enable us to keep the transaction fees down, allowing more of the funds to be used to benefit KoreanAmericanStory.org.

Marja Vongerichten is the host of PBS series, Kimchi Chronicles, a program about Korean cuisine and culture, that is equal parts food and travelogue. She is also the author of the Kimchi Chronicles companion cookbook, which was just released this year.  Will Demps is a former professional football player who played 7 seasons in the NFL as a free safety.  He played in 88 career NFL games with 70 games as a starter.  He played 4 seasons with the Baltimore Ravens, 2 seasons with the Houston Texans and one season with the New York Giants.
